Yes, reserved equipment can already be collected from 2:00 pm on the day before your rental starts. This allows you to head straight to the slopes on your first day of holiday without any waiting time.
Yes, collection outside regular opening hours is possible by prior telephone arrangement with Europsport.
Cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the agreed rental date.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date, a refund is only possible upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the agreed date, no refund entitlement applies.
From 24 hours before the agreed date, refunds are excluded in all cases, including when presenting a medical certificate.
For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the agreed date, a refund of 50% of the amount already paid will be granted upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
Yes, Europsport offers professional ski and snowboard servicing, including edge tuning, base repair and servicing, hot waxing, and binding adjustment according to DIN standards.

The ski rental shop in Kaprun is particularly convenient to reach and is located only around 100 metres from the Tauernhof (Kaprun) bus stop on bus line 660. This allows winter sports enthusiasts to get quickly and easily from the ski bus directly to the ski rental shop and then onwards to the ski area.
